A Health Awareness and Govt. Schemes in India: A Study of Bihar State

Abstract

The importance of health to society cannot be overstated. A key consideration for assessing social development is health. India and other developing nations face health problems. Numerous programmes have been established by the Indian Government to address public health issues. However, rural Indians are unaware about the health programme. The goal of the current study is to determine how informed people are of health-related initiatives. With the help of a closed-ended questionnaire, we conducted the survey. The findings show that opinion leaders are essential in helping the Indian government's health awareness efforts reach Bihar's rural residents.
